The system we build

Documented. Practical. Yours.

Built on Resonant's commercial methodologies, we create practical digital playbooks, processes and tools tailored to your firm's priorities — systems your team can own, apply and improve.

The capability we develop

Built to be used. Not just understood.

Working sessions, practical training and coaching that help consultants apply the approach and leadership sustain it. Your team executes the sales activity.

How we work

First, find the priorities. Then build the capability.

  1. 01 / IDENTIFY

    Commercial Review

Establish commercial potential, evaluate the seven decisions and agree the priorities that will deliver the greatest impact.

Every engagement starts here. Commission it on its own, ending with your prioritised roadmap, or as the opening stage of an Accelerator.

  2. 02 / Implement

    Accelerator

Turn the priorities into practical commercial systems and develop the team's ability to use and sustain them.

Define the approach · Document the system · Deliver the capability

The Accelerator includes the Review, so there is no separate purchase first. Define, Document and Deliver run together and shape each other, paced by agreed milestones rather than fixed phases. Typically 90 days.

Proof in practice

Commercial improvement, put into practice.

Three recruitment businesses. Three different commercial challenges. Each used a focused Accelerator to build practical systems and develop the skills to put them to work.

Chris Jones, Loop Hire

Commercial Offer · Chris Jones, Loop Hire

£149,000 in potential recruitment fees. Won against competing providers.

Challenge

Loop Hire wanted to win valuable new business more consistently, but needed a clearer way to show what made its service different.

What we built

Resonant helped Chris document and productise Loop Hire's recruitment methodology: a visual recruitment process, presentation assets and a clearly defined commercial offer.

Chris was coached to present it, run commercially focused discovery and build buyer commitment.

What changed

Using the new methodology and proposal, Loop Hire was selected ahead of approximately seven or eight competing providers for a defined two-year hiring programme.

The programme represents £149,000 in anticipated recruitment fees, dependent on successful placements.

Adam Tiberius, Zenopa

New Business · Adam Tiberius, Zenopa

100 new clients. £1 million in Adam's annual billings. A repeatable system behind the growth.

Challenge

Moving from consultant to billing manager, Adam needed a business development method he could teach and manage, while also building a new market in the United States.

What we built

A three-month New Business Accelerator built a repeatable new-business playbook covering positioning, audience selection, messaging and campaign design, with multichannel outreach routines and OPEN-SIGN conversion skills he could teach his team.

What changed

Over two years, Adam onboarded 100 new clients and reached £1 million in annual personal billings.

He built a six-person team whose consultants each achieved at least £200,000 in annual billings. Adam credits the playbook's repeatability as a key part of that progress.

Client Expansion · Confidential recruitment and talent solutions business

£70,000 in contracted fees unlocked from an existing client.

Challenge

The business had set itself a £2 million account-growth target and needed a structured way to measure relationships, identify account potential and convert it into work.

What we built

REACH, implemented through a bespoke digital account-expansion dashboard. Consultants scored accounts, mapped portfolios, built development plans and ran targeted plays on live relationships, with coaching alongside.

What changed

One consultant secured a new 12-month interim placement within an existing major corporate account, representing approximately £70,000 in contracted recruitment fees.

The team now tracks relationship strength and develops accounts consistently.
