Partnerships
I work with a small number of partners who serve recruitment and search leaders — through content, events and introductions that genuinely help their audience make better commercial decisions. Resonant is the Commercial Strategy Partner for recruitment and search firms.

The audience you'd be in front of
Why I partner
After eighteen years in this industry, I've watched recruitment and search leaders face bigger and bigger commercial decisions — on positioning, sales, product mix, tech, founder dependency and what their business is actually worth. The ones doing well are competing on clarity: who they serve, the value they create and how they win.
Whether you serve this market tech, legal, marketing, consulting, or compliance — you're already sitting next to those decisions every day. Partnering with Resonant just means turning our shared experiences into value for your market: an article, a workshop, an introduction at the right moment. Giving them clearer ways to describe the pressure they feel and the changes they need to make.
HOW THIS WORKS
These are the shapes partnership usually takes. If one of them jumps out, choose it and we'll make it easy. If you're not sure yet, that's completely fine — start with a conversation and we'll figure out the rest together.

What I bring
What I'd love from you
Month 1
Over a coffee, we agree the route and the first useful thing to make, aimed at one real audience problem.
Month 2
We make the article, session, workshop or introduction together, and you share it with the right people.
Month 3
We look honestly at what worked, do more of it, and decide together whether to keep going.
One partner. One thing a month, done well. That's the whole shape of it.

A bit about me
I've spent eighteen-plus years in recruitment, and along the way the work I've done with owners has helped generate £78M+ for their businesses. These days I help founders work out how they win work — and how they get paid properly for it. I like doing that alongside good partners.
Ben has been instrumental in changing our thought process of how we generate revenue. I’d recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone looking to up their game.
Fancy a chat?
No pitch, no deck — just twenty minutes to see whether there's something useful we could do for your audience, and each other. If there isn't, I'll say so.
Say hello
One form, whatever route you're thinking about. Say as much or as little as you like — I'll read it myself and come back to you personally.
This tends to be a good conversation if you serve recruitment or search leaders and you're already hearing them wrestle with commercial questions. If that sounds like your world, I'd genuinely love to hear from you.
